3 parts Mayonnaise, 1 part Dijon Mustard. Plus these Spices: Add to taste - Dill, Salt, Pepper, Buttermilk Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor. 
A tsp of Lemon juice, pinch of Turmeric, pinch of Cayenne Pepper if you like that.

Contains 2% or Less: Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Modified Food Starch, 
Spices, Natural Flavors, Dehydrated Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes), 
Yeast Extract, Buttermilk Powder, Whey Powder, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Sodium Benzoate and 
Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Xanthan Gum, Maltodextrin, Extractives of Turmeric (Color), 
Natural Smoke Flavor, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn, Soybean), Calcium Disodium EDTA (Protect Flavor).

If you read a Hellman's Real mayonaise jar (the brand I like best) you'll see:
Soybean oil, whole eggs, vinegar, water, egg yolks, salt, sugar, lemon juice, 
natural flavors, calcium disodium EDTA (used to protect quality).

Notice the similarity?

McDonald's Breakfast sauce is nothing secret, just a nice simple version of Hollindaise sauce.
